Rich, but not too acidic, it is pleasant to drink, and when age slip in, it should be kept away from light and air bubble at a temperature of about 12°C, for 3 to 5 years.

Edifice du XVIème siècle agrandi au XIXème siècle, le château a subi des vicissitudes diverse jusqu‘à ce que, en 1976, Monsieur DESON rachète les vignes s‘y rattachant et que, en 1998, Patricia et Marc TYLER, un couple d‘Ecossais, entreprennent la restairation du bâtiment piur le transformer en hotel.

Les vignes s‘étendent tout autour, sur un coteau argilo-calaire de très bonne exposition, sur une surface de 26 hectares, produisant 1000 hectolitres de Rouge et 500 de Blanc, sur la commune de Sainte-Radegonde.

Issu de cépages nobles, produit sur un terroir de grande renommée, de couleur grenat et au nez de fruits bien mûrs, il accompagnera avec Bonheur, viands rouges et blanches, volailles, gibiers et fromages. Evitez crudités et plats vinaigrés.
